  •  The Small and Rural Schools Network is excited to announce our upcoming Centralized Support Programs.

The Small and Rural Schools Network (SRSN) is expecting to pilot two centralized support programs for students with intensive needs in the 2022-23 school year. These programs will provide an additional option in the continuum of special education placements in our small and/or rural LEAs. This pilot opportunity will allow for students from different small and/or rural LEAs with similar needs to come together in a highly-supportive classroom with specialized staff.

Current plans include a 4-8 program in East Texas (West Sabine ISD).

  • SRSN is contracting with Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) to operate these regional day schools. SESI has successfully set up and implemented programs here in Texas and across the country. Please visit www.sesischools.com for more information about the organization.
